Image Matters is looking for a Director of Operations. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated individuals with strong management skills and attention to detail. Experience operating and maintaining a database is necessary. Further requirements are:
- Must have B.S. or B.A. in Business or related field
- Ability to understand and perform all operations within the company
- Database Management Experience
- General Management Experience
- SQL experience a plus
- Ability to create and implement changes throughout the company
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
Various tasks handled by the Director of Operations include, but are not limited to:
- Handle all operations within E-Automate
- Understand, implement, and change workflows for all employees
- Review and correct all issues within the database
- Correct, create, and clarify all paperwork
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for all operations of the company
- Create SQL scripts (using a program) to check and alert any changes made
- Update E-Automate and all additional programs as necessary

Account Executive
Image Matters is always looking for an Account Executive who has a positive attitude and can work well in a fast paced environment. An Account Executive at Image Matters is responsible for providing a wide range of digitally based solutions and must be able to meet monthly objectives and uphold the company's high standards.
Required: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: College degree - BA/BS.
Knowledge and Experience: Two years outside sales experience is desired. In addition, good verbal and written communication skills. The Account Executive must have the ability to apply commercial and financial principles and be capable of viewing issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value. The AE will be required to demonstrate a broad-based view of issues, events, activities and a perception of their longer-term impact and must follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards are met. Computer literacy is an absolute requirement.

Image Matters is looking for an experienced copier and printer technician. The technician will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product systems and promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Image Matters, Inc. service and products, thereby influencing the sales of Image Matters, Inc. office equipment. The technician will be required to maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: College degree - BA/BS.
Knowledge and Experience: High School or GED; AA degree or equivalent technical training. 1-3 months job related formal training. 36-60 months as a CSE or equivalent experience. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment, parts, and boxes. Must have reliable transportation and be computer literate.
